HOW WE WORK

Step One

Call or email to arrange a video conference to discuss your initial set of needs, requirements, time line and budget allocation with a Nuvimedix project manager.

Step Two

Use your Nuvimedix project manager as a resource person to evaluate telehealth readiness and assess telehealth needs and requirements in line with budget allocation.

Step Three

Schedule a live, video-conference demonstration at a time convenient for key stakeholders to attend, followed by an in-person demonstration.

Step Four

Finalize telehealth criteria (Who? What? Where? When? Why? How? How Much?), and ask your Nuvimedix project manager for a proposal.

Nuvimedix™ BASIC integrates 360PLUS™ process software (standards-based) with high definition video conferencing, state-of-the-art medical diagnostic instruments, and a health database configured to your requirements.

Nuvimedix™ BASIC is deployed in three parts.

  • One or more fixed or mobile clinic (remote) stations
  • One or more fixed or mobile practitioner (hub) stations
  • 360PLUS™ database

Getting Started

We employ a personalized “train the trainer” function. The scope will be defined with your project manager when needs and requirements are identified and assessed. Core components can include:

  • Presentations in native language (e.g., English, Spanish, other)
  • Initial on-site and in-field training (clinical, IT, administrative)
  • Role playing
  • Training manuals; IT and technical support SOPs.
  • Videotapes of training sessions
  • Pre- and post-training evaluations
